Resources

Clear answers before you start.

Is KoopKonekt really free?

Yes. The current KoopKonekt offering is free for cooperatives, with no annual subscription or setup fee. External services, domains and opportunity providers may have their own terms.

How do we get started?

Choose “Find your cooperative”, search by name or registration number, and select the correct record to prepare a website preview. If your cooperative is missing, request a directory review.

Can we import our existing member records?

You can bring existing member lists into onboarding. Contact the team for help preparing and reviewing your records before import.

Does everything we upload become public?

No. Uploading a record is not the same as publishing it. Public stories and impact records use publication settings; public calendars show eligible meeting types and published events.

Who can see our cooperative records?

Access depends on organization membership and role permissions. Authorized officers manage internal records, members use their authenticated access, and visitors see the public website.

Can we use our own domain?

Start with your KoopKonekt website address. Contact the team to review custom-domain setup and verification for your cooperative; domain registration is a separate service.

How does the official website stay updated?

The website reads eligible public information from cooperative records, including officer rosters, public events and published stories. Your cooperative controls the underlying records and publishing decisions.

Are opportunities, grants or contracts guaranteed?

No. KoopKonekt helps you discover and prepare. Each government body, buyer or development organization sets eligibility requirements and makes its own decisions.

What types of cooperatives can use KoopKonekt?

KoopKonekt is designed for consumer, credit, housing, transport, service, multipurpose, worker, producer, agriculture and fisheries cooperatives, and other cooperative communities.

How do TradeKonekt and FarmKonekt relate to KoopKonekt?

KoopKonekt organizes cooperative governance and readiness. TradeKonekt offers a channel for market demand and commercial opportunities. FarmKonekt provides a pathway to relevant grants and development opportunities for eligible cooperatives.
